Cycling Australia confirmed the members of the Australian and Team Toshiba teams to contest the second round of the Track World Cup series, December 7 to 9 in Beijing, one week after the opening round in Sydney.
The Australians contesting at the newly constructed Laoshan Velodrome will be part of three different teams.

After watching the Cycling world cup highlites today, as close as I get to weekend cycling at the moment, I want to meet this French guy that looks like Phil.. He goes by the name of "Two-o" .. Have we all pronounced Phil's name wrong for all this time? Or is Phil trying to give himself a name to sound 'just right' on the Pro-Tour? Is this a way into a French team maybe? Seriously though... Congratulations Phil...
