Girls

ATTA is on next Sunday 3rd May
I would suggest you all ride an individual 25km TT, this will give a good idea of RAW data for each other’s TT ability
From this you will be able to work out theoretical length of turns you will need to do to optimise your performance.
After the TT, got out for a group ride putting in a few 5 minute efforts in a TTT pace line.

I will be horribly hungover... but in attendance.

I was going to possibly post a new thread about teams training on this, but as paul has said and as I have discussed with you yoni that I also believe that doing an individual TT this up coming sunday would be good data to go off, what I also suggested was if up to it a team ride in after the time trial from the start line...or just a ride home so we can get used to each other's riding technique...
I know me myself I would be riding both to the time trial and home, but It's alright if we do just do like an extra 10 or so KM on top of the TT and return back to where the car park is.

I do believe I am starting to ramble.

No not starting! I am driving to ATTA as I dont need the extra km,  if you want to meet there early I can be there at any time that suits you.  I am hoping to grab an early ride and then get out of there.... as Graeme has a performance on Sunday.   Other than that I am at the track Tuesday and Thursday of next week around 1645ish.

Dont worry we dont need to ride together for you to know my riding style:  it was once described to me by one of the more experienced club riders as: "all over the road like a mad woman's breakfast".
