Anyone up for some easy (slow coffee ride) pace kms on Friday morning? Keeping in mind we have Calga on Saturday

I'm thinking, meet at WGS > Umina Loop > Manns Rd > Ourimbah > Enterprise Dr/Kangy Angy > Wyong Rd > Terrigal for chow > possibly Umina loop again.

I want to do some decent base km before B2B

Might also do the same on Sunday

I'm up for that. What time do you want to meet at WGS? How about 6:00am?

Could someone tell me if there is a "normal" coffee ride this (Easter) Saturday and will it be starting from West Gosford as usual at 07.00 then doing the Umina loop? I like to join in, but some postings are suggesting that there also is a "Calga" ride this Saturday.

I am confused, and need clarification.

Merci!

Jean-Pierre.

Jean-Pierre,

We have our first Club Road Race for the season on Saturday afternoon at Calga, so I don't know if the Coffee ride will be on.

We will leave WGS at 0600.... also I am pretty sure there are a few people that will be doing the Sunday morning coffee ride and I assume that will kick off from WGS at 0700.  From all the medals and trophies Tegan won last night I think we should be restricting her training.... just to even things up a little. Wink

Skein is temporary, knitting isn't.

Not necessary Yoni, just plan a flat ride and then take a different route via some subtle little hills...

If the usual morning coffee ride is on this Easter Sunday (7am start from WGS I presume), will it include the Umina loop? I like to join in if possible...

Merci for letting me know...
