it was a bit of a fizzer, i only got the warm up scratch and the wheel race heat in before the rain came.

i was feeling like s*** anyway so no bid deal.

kirrily and i spent they day in canberra today doing touristy things so it wasnt a complete waste of a trip.

Sorry Al - had to be home as we were of to Sydney and I was on a deadline. Did the efforts early then joined the BIG group. Felt good at the end of the ride - knackered now though!
