Since this is a long ride day for me, I will be riding to Corrug Cafe from WGS, doing the "girly ride" and then ride back from cafe home.  If any of the girls (Keira, Sash, Jazzie, Renee) are interested let me know...

Careful Stu... Two kids is enough!

Rosko I am glad there is another person in the club with a mind that descends straight to the gutter.... I went there immediately on reading Stu's post too.  Grin

Yoni...
I've had a few posts 'censored' for my mind wandering.. Oh well..
The gutter is where the fun people tend to be, those with free minds and large smiles!

You know Stu, I've never noticed. I may have to post something to deliberately have it censored.... Hmmm, now who could I upset most?  Grin

Is this ride still going ahead? If so I think it would be wise to open a new topic with the details.

I have talked a friend into coming on this ride. She is super fit, Yoni knows her and is lending her a bike, she is a bit worried as she hasnt ridden a road bike yet, but is a gun mountain bike rider. I have told her she will be fine, but I am now thinking seeing as though i would have no idea if she will be fine I should ask you guys. She will be fine wont she??

I think she will be i sort of only rode an mountain bike for years before i jumped on a road bike, if anything i feel more comfortable on a road bike i thought i would be unstable  as for the thin tyres but i faced my fears and hop on now its hard to get me off it i love it i will never go back to a mountain bike ever.  Wink
I wanna go out now but i don't wanna get wet  Sad

Leash.... I think she will be fine... the beauty of the bike she will be using is that she doesnt have to cleat in if she doesnt feel comfortable.   Cheryl is welcome to come and pick up the bike any time so she can practice before the ride and I am happy to take her to the velodrome to do a few laps.

I am sure one of the boys will give her a hand at some future point if she is having issues.... I do recall on a coffee ride one weekend I was nearly knocked over by one of the boys in his rush to introduce himself to her and personally invite her to join the club.  I dont suppose this is the appropriate place to state that she is very attractive and single (this line will be edited out if she ever joins the forum!).... please tell me she is not already on the forum!

This ride is still going ahead, isn't it?  If I meet you at WGS, I assume you will push me up the hill?  Smiley  (How many Kms does that add to the total?)
