Trust me between my daily horseriding, competing, cycling, racing, run my own marketing business, I know TIME is an issue and of course MONEY is too.
All, Im suggesting is, taking onboard all of these concerns how can we MAKE it AFFORDABLE for EVERYONE to enjoy this sport.
HOW can WE ALL support the CLUB to raise funds so we can train and pay people to organise and run races.
Happy to put on my marketing cap and help the club raise funds etc. I think its a great idea if people want to earn a dollar from some roles. If people do want to earn an income maybe they can invest & become professional TC's and get paid every week for the role. Definitely a guaranteed weekly income.
Anyway, lets DO something and GET the ball rolling! I think I have a spare 5 minutes next week!
