Giro Donne

With all the hullabaloo about the TDF the news is lacking some great womens racing currently we have a Aussie sitting in a much better position in the Giro Donne.

The best placed Australian is Carla Ryan who sits in 6th place some 8:34 off the leader Claudia Hausler her team mate in the Cervelo TestTeam.

With only 17 second lead and 2 more stages to come it looks like a exciting few stages.

Haussler... Cervelo Test Team....
 Is this another rider we are soon to see wearing the Australian colours. I didn't realise the male Haussler was 'so' Australian. He has no accent what so ever, other than Aussie of course. Could this be his sister? Should Claudia win, can WE claim an Aussie victory?
