Briefly, earlier this year Brother Brad (CRAFT) qualified at the Australian championships in Perth to represent Australia for the Worlds.  (Masters cat)
Being in Adelaide this year, he jumped (pun not intended) at the opportunity to wear the green and gold.

His results were good
You race 3 moto's (heats) and the top 32 riders advance to the finals.

Moto 1 = 4th
Moto 2 = 5th
Moto 3 = 3rd

This gave him 12 points and just scraped into the top 32 ranked last. He was happy to make finals

In finals top 4 advances
1/8 final = 3rd
1/4 final = 3rd
Semi Final = 1st
World Championship Final = 6th

Brad will now have the Masters WC#6 plate for 12 months

he has some amazing stories.

Great job by Brad!
It's cool the way those guys get to hold onto the plate.

Great ride Brad - feel free to attach your number plate to the front of your road bike for club races.  Cheesy

Would that be classed as an aero advantage by the UCI  Undecided

Great result Brad.  Grin

I had no idea you had qualified and were racing in the worlds.  Cool
