No, going back up, but I will be chasing our Chicken back up the climb. As his name states Chicken I will be chasing but then again I might just be trying to get myself out of the Groggin and 2 a coffee shop for a well earned caramel Latte and Banana bread   Wink

Ok, been given the tentative "of course you can go away with your cycling mates......"    Im cautious!  Grin

We'll be away from Christmas so am thinking of driving back via the Snowy and just coincidentally run into you guys (not literally) as we drive through Jindy. It will take some clever thinking to explain why I have wandered off the coast road!

Do you have an address where you guys are thinking of staying?  I need to do some clever planning as we'll be in "the truck"

Rubicon.... I am not sure if accomodation is organised as yet.... but here is my suggestion..... now before you head for the tarrif section.... suggest a tour of this place.  I would be happy to sacrifice and take the second bedroom and leave the Master Bedroom to Big Al and Hodge .... NO PROBLEM!   Am sure there would be room for the horse truck at this establishment Rubicon.

Give me a week and I'll refurbish the living area in the truck to look like that and charge you only $9000! Bet the Rockpool Lodge cant be driven up Tom Grogin so you can climb in luxury with glass of champagne and not exert yourself drinking out of old water bottles   Grin

Seriously, as soon as we know can I find out as I may be driving back to Sydney first then back down in the car.

Are there any other females going that arent thinking of taking in the sights in contact with a bike seat?

Oh come on Leash.. where is your lateral thinking..... at that time of year it would be $5450 for the week.... so lets say $3000 for the 3 nights.....  Lets count on 20 people coming,  $150 per person.  Of course the main issue here is that there are only 2 beds..... the Master bedroom looks like it could sleep 4 (or 3 burly men and one small - Suggest Hodge, Big Al, Man of Steele and Andy) and the second bedroom perhaps The White Family might take (so that would be 5)..... that leaves 11 people in a LUXURY chalet without an actual bed.... but there are two baths (have slept in one of those when at UNI - its OK) and lots of lounges..... NO PROBLEM!  And since Chicken has chosen to go to Europe instead of coming with us ..... the issue of baggage storage wont be an issue.  All for $150 each...... BARGAIN!
