Point Scoring rounds are out of whack • You may have noticed that last week being week 15 (odd week) we had the endurance round as the point scoring round
•
I stuffed up! • To correct this error I have had to change the entire program to realign the weeks.
• I did not change this weeks (week 16) program, so we remain out of whack this week
• I have attached the program to this post
• Remember the last 4 weeks score double points for places.
200m fly’s • This week is our infamous end-season (final) 200m fly’s
• To speed things along we have riders taking their fly continuously
• Please assist by being ready when you are called
• Please whilst warming up ride
Single File close to the fence
• Please indicate before start if you may be attempting a track record
• We will also need some time keepers
200m fly Bonus points • As we do each season, there are three 200m fly’s
• The person who betters their previous best seasonal time by the most will score a bonus 3 points, second best improvement 2 points and third 1 point
• Clearly you have to have recorded a time to be eligible for the bonus points.
