Its on again this Sunday the 11th October.
CCCC have built an excellent reputation when it comes to attending other club races. This week will be no different.
West Head have an undulating course well worth the trip.
All grades are catered for so come hang out with us dressed in lycra.
Details are as follows:
- meet kariong (information center) 6am
- leave kariong 6.15am
- arrive Lions Club Park of St Ives 7-7.10am.
- Ride the 18-20km to the 8am start with plenty of time.
- Race and then back to St Ives for coffee (50mts from car)

Make it happen Jason.
The course suits you so much that i think i saw your name painted on one of the climbs Tour De France style.
Just get to Kariong@ 6am Sunday morning and im sure there will be room in one of the cars heading down.
We have missed you in the bunch lately. I always ask the guys how your going?

Ok I wanna go ill get the race wheels out. Who is going if I can get a lift It would be possible, I don't trust my car on long trips it breaks down thanks guys |

The 9 CCCC riders were all keen and ready to race this morning but were reminded that they dont breed them as tough down south as they do on the Central Coast.
The race was cancelled cause the roads were to wet and the bunches would have been to hard to get around?
The tough CCCC riders still had a great 60-70km hit out with some fierce kom attacks and cracks and enjoyed some nice (but expensive) coffee.
There is always next time.
