I'm in need of some advice from a cycling sympathetic exercise guru. Someone who may assess some scans I had recently of my spine & maybe offer an exercise program? [or a bullet Shocked] Maybe some bike fit advice to help the condition as well.
Does anyone have any suggestions of such a person or clinic.[besides mandala Grin]

Hey Al, Richard Pettigrew rides A grade with CCCC. You can find him at the track most wed, not sure if he's been riding crits but I havent so you might see him there too. Give him a call and have a chat?

He's up your way at;
421 The Entrance Rd
Long Jetty NSW 2261
Ph 4333 4388

I've been, got fixed, all good. Cant ask for more than that. He's also going to be more cycling oriented than someone who doesnt ride/race so cant be a bad thing IMHO.
Cheers

allen,

 ive heard great reports about richard also.

'Dan the bike man' from pushy galore has a new bike fit system, its top of the line computerised technology, this may also be an option.

Al.. I've been to a guy by the name of Paul Peachey, 43447768.. He concentrates on fixing the muscle structure and it works.. I have a Chiro I also go to down on the peninsula, Peter Grieve.. Knows his stuff..   Grin  Paul is a genius, I know there are a few others in the club that use him too..

TC mentioned the bike fit from Dan.  I was having huge back probelms with my new bike, I had a bike fit by Dan and haven't had a problem since.

I have also heard about Paul Peachey from someone else, heard he was good.
