40+ km/h headwinds, HUGE crosswinds over both toukley and entrance bridges, av pace 22 km/h.  It was a grindfest!  I even had to use the small chainring!  Legs feel pretty good though, nice bit of power work before track tomorrow. Smiley

Did anybody else have fun in the wind this afternoon?

Yeah, dam wind knocked over one of my patio chairs... I had to put down my beer to pick the bloody thing up.

I am totally stuffed now, but have that satisfying feeling, knowing I pushed myself in tough conditions!
