I'll be training early Tuesday morning if anyone is keen to join the fun?

Mobbs Road Terrigal at 5.30am - it'll be a moderate 30km ride, followed by 8-10 short hill efforts on a loop at Terrigal.

Max 2hrs on the bike.

Let me know if you want to meet up. (The hill efforts are on a short loop so anyone can train at their own pace).

Haha - I'm pretty sure I saw someone that resembled you very closely for an early morning track session kitted out in skin suit and a very serious looking bike last week! I believe you have the jump on me in your training.  Wink

If you see this in time Glen - I'll be heading your way at 5.30 to meet Troy and a few others that are leaving Shelly Beach round a bout at 5.40am.

From there, back to Terrigal for efforts.

Either way, see you in the morning.
