Is anyone training tomorrow morn or throughout the day? i just found out i've got tomorrow off work and now i'm keen for a big one on the bike. If anyone is going out can i tag along and if there isn't already a ride on, lets organise one. I'm ready for a self induced heart attack!

Once off Wednesday morning loop of Tuggerah lake, this Wednesday the 26th.

Meet Tuggerah Round about crn Wyong Rd and Tuggerah Straight @ 9am.

Will head from there along Tuggerah Straight, turn left under the bridge just before Wyong then back way through Tacoma, Gorokan, Toukley, Norah Head then along Wilfred Barret, past The Entrance, long Jetty back onto Wyong rd for the final stretch.

Only about 45km loop but will be done at brisk pace (36-38km avg)

If you happen to have the day off or are feeling sick that day and can not work  Wink

If I did that loop at that average... it would be the following day I would need off work!
