back to FP and have coffee there...Stu and Ciaran and i think Yoni will be there...

its a good speed.. we sit on around 46km average so its a good pace  Wink (man i gotta stop that)

Too slow for me but what the hoo I'll definitely be there.  Just need to coordinate how I get my son to gym at Erina by 05:50 & make it by 06:00. Solved, he's not going to gym on Friday anymore. Oh the power of being a father.

Just increase your wheel circumference in the cycle computer by 50% and you'll have no trouble sitting on 46km/hr.  Grin

Saw Yoni out training this morning at Iguana's. She looked very focused guys. She obviously takes tomorrow morning's sprint for coffee very serious.  Wink

I was doing efforts with Yoni this morning, and there was definitely some EXTRA EFFORT going into them.  I would finish and she just kept riding off into the distance.  I do know how important coffee is to her though!!
