Well system was set up successfully last night. I just need to get an adapter to suit the serial port centre and we will be away.

Finesse Cycling will start its Indoor Cycling Centre from my garage until the centre is ready.  So if you live onthe south end of the coast or are prepared to trave then the abilty to stay out of the cold is close.

Well after some frustration the system is now up and running. If you are finding it tough to get out on the road but still want a good workout I am starting some Indoor sessions in my garage.

I have 6 Computrainers set up in my garage at Bensville and will post session times later today.

If you are interested in taking part please post your interest here.

Cheers

Tomorrow night is supposse to be wet so I am going to open up the garage for its inaugural public session. This week they will be free and you have to be prepared to travel to Bensville. I need to enter your details into the system so please be there for the set up times.

Also Bring a hand towel.

There are only 6 trainers so first in best dressed. We will be using it in Multirider mode which right now means no pretty pictures. Just progression charts. But hard workout.

If you want to book PM me and I will send you the address.

Junior session
Set up
Session 1 6pm - 6.30 pm
Session 2 6.45 - 7.10

Seniors

7.10 Set up
Session 1 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Session 2 8.40 pm - 9.40 pm
