Thankyou to those that attended the Garage sessions last night. Given the rain the pain must have been worth it. Maybe!.

Rain on the Central Coast Saturday morning. Don't miss your ride because of the weather. Come ride through the French countryside at Finesse Cycling Indoor.  Session starts 7am in the garage at Bensville.  contact me for details.

Very limited space available for tonight. We are doing the Master Time Trial course for nationala so a tough effort for 20km.  Plus warm up and warm down approx 1.15hrs of good riding.

Let me know.

Are you ready for the Crit and Track seasons. Higher power output over a shorter period. Computrainer can help. Specifically targeted interval training using your Functional Power Threshold https://www.trainingpeaks.com/hunter/whatisthreshold.asp. See your improvement as you train through increased power and a higher anaerobic threshold.

Contact us at Bookings@finessecycling.net.au or PM here for a chance to get ahead of the curve.

Sorry folks put the wrong session up. Tonight is the mother of all sessions an FTP test. This session determines your Functional Threshold Power. Basically thats the highest wattage of power you can hold for 20 minutes.  1 space left.

Indoor sessions start again tomorrow night. Get ready for the Track and Crit season with a great interval workout.

First visit free. $10 per session after that or buy a 10 pass for $90.00. PM for details.
