All those stories of birthdays, airport pick ups and breakfasts in bed are fine, but will there be a training ride on Sunday ANZAC Day?

I'd say there'll be a coffee ride Sunday - I may meet you guys for coffee as I'll be at the dawn service Terrigal with my boys.

I am planning on joining the ride, will be tough... but like they say - "no pain no gain"  .
Will there be a refueling stop somewhere??

Nice ride today people, I died when I got back to the car! I thought birthdays were supposed to be: sleep in, chill out and take it easy and relax!!!! :'( :'(, that was the hardest birthday ever!

Anyway, that was a very punishing ride, I want to know who made the loop, it's very good and very scenic. Thankyou for the kind encouragement from the other riders today, I really appreciate it. Encouragement to younger riders really boosts self esteem and in the end will play a role in improvement.
