Hey All,

Here is a slightly different option for the Sunday Coffee ride if people were interested. Route is roughly 75-80km return to WGS.

The ride is from WGS, up Kariong Hill then turn left onto Woy Woy Rd, down Bulls hill and into the back of Woy Woy.  Coffee stop at Michel's Patisserie WGS.

Then from WGS back onto CC hwy, turn left onto Manns Rd and take the back way out of Gosford through Lisarow & Ourimbah and come out at the back of Tuggerah Westfield.  Turn Right at Wyong Rd, follow to the end and then back onto CC hwy back to WGS.

Link to route on Google Maps

I'm open to suggestions for start times, we can either meet at 7am like the rest of the coffee riders or meet later for a bit of a sleep in and wait for the sun to warm up a bit.

For the guys interested in the pace, last time I did this ride solo I managed to do it at about 26-27km/h av, so somewhere between that and low 30s would be possible in a bunch.

Post your interest here, I'll keep checking the thread throughout the arvo/evening to see if there are any suggestions for start times.

hopefully I'll see some of you guys there!

The earlier the better for us (0700 is good, though) - we really need to be back home for a training run and a day of study :S

The 7am peninsula loop/terrigal coffee ride will still be going ahead at the same time.  But if you wanted to come up Kariong, we can definitely start at 7am if that suits you better.
