I am trying to test the water for fundraising to offset the cost of kit for the kids. I was looking at The Natural Confectionary Company products. If there was enough interest I would order some product. There is no upfront cost its so it is a good thing to start with.  The other side is if any one knows company's we could approach for sponsirship we can also look at that. We would need to put together a proposal, Louise I am sure those Marketing and Graphic Design skills will be abused.

Hi Mick
What is the kit for kids??  Is it sporting equipment kit or the information kit you were talking about??
I am more than happy to contribute in any way.  Cheesy

I would like to subsidise the price of the Jerseys. As  well as perhaps get like a soccer club where you get knick, jersey and sock as part of a kit. The problem with kids is they keep growing so if we can I would like to offset the cost a bit. It would be good if once the kids move to full licenses we could give or subsidise the uniforms.
A kit would be made up off:
Jersey
Knick
Socks
Perhaps Jacket. and armwarmers.

Hi Michael,
My netball club has a chocolate fundraiser each year. The boxes are $48 and the club gets to keep $24 for every box that's sold. Just a thought. I have a flyer that I can give you on Wednesday or I'm happy to look into it further if you like. Our club also receives sponsorship from Mingara. I don't know if it's worth approaching those types of organisations-may get too political!!!!

Kylie
Sounds like the same group I am looking at. The do Cadbury chocolates and the The Natural Confectionary Company products.

http://www.fundraising.com.au

So let see if we can get some interest if the kids can sell a couple of boxes each at least we can cover up at least half a jersey each.

Regards

Michael
I'll bring my box of chocolates on Wednesday night to show the products that we have and hopefully that will generate some interest.

But I prefer to "chop i:t with the natural confeectionary as they don't melt in your jersey pocket. Now remeber this is a kids forum when you reply.
