Sunday morning I will be doing a training ride from:

0600 (sorry but gets me home to family) WGS to Kariong ride through Mooney and up to Calga.  Out along road course and through to Central Mangrove turn right and back past Golf Course and Somersby School on Wisemans Ferry Rd.  Home via Kariong and of course coffee at Cafe Jam (East Gosford).  65km trip which selfishly takes in the ITT course for State Champs in July.   ETA for coffee 0820...

Anyone welcome on the ride or at coffee if your family want to meet you there.... great place for breakfast.

Yep roads are all open for the planned route.... You will be taking in the new ITT course.... not the old one (which has the road closures).  May convert a few of you yet!

Smiles a lot... thinks little....

If we are leaving at 0600 it will be pretty light as we descend into Mooney... and for the record I descend like a girl.... we dont all have to win the K.O.D on this ride.   Wink

Oh Captain, My Captain, said illuminating devices are of the old technology type i.e. shine illuminating beam in a straight line & not around corners.

OK Col.... because your attendance is a requirement, I will organise a "Guard of Honour"...... We will send all of the riders that have been sitting on your wheel prior to Mooney to the front of the pack..... they can then "Illuminate" the road in front of you, and around the corners......  now THAT is caring.  Grin  You would not get that on any other training ride.

No one said Chicken was not coming!   I am just suggesting to Col that we can leave the feats of aerodynamic descending and cornering to those that have an obvious talent for it Hodge..... Col and I can bring up the rear.
