Welcome back boys! Thanks Dave.

Yes Whitey, it is interesting how they always seem to appear at opportune times.

More words of wisdom from the Vice President  Embarrassed

Any contributions from you on here which don’t amount to rubber dolls and nonsense?

Perhaps a better use of your time would be completing and communicating the jersey/sponsorship debacle?

Or maybe update the Hodgee road pointscore thats fallen in a heap?

As a potential sponsor it's this sort of public display of immaturity, personal attacks that convinced me not to support the club. No wonder Hodgee is having trouble securing sponsors. His good work is undermined by a certain few who continually have nothing better to do that stir the pot.Two clients who frequent this forum just laughed when I mentioned being a sponsor.  Well here's a challenge for you.

Furthermore, I now put forward that certain members who can't behave, no matter who they are, be removed permanently. Unsupportive, disruptive and down right rude. Personally I've had enough & can't see any reason to visit nor contribute to the site in it's current form.

Every post I have ever made is still present on the forum (unlike many other members) so feel free to review and tell me what I'm undermining, where I've broken the forum rules, or cite an example of a personal attack?

When you can't I'll expect an apology... or the usual dead silence.

In fact I’ll save you the trouble of going through all the other posts... just try in this thread, where all that’s been offered is constructive criticism. Had any of the other ‘advice giving ‘posts been made by virtually ANY other member they would have been received accordingly.
The posters of  ‘immaturity’ in this thread  should take a good look to Andy & Yoni’s response to the advice given for the newer members…find a jersey – I’ll lend you one.

And don’t cite lost sponsorship as a way to invoke censorship. I’ve contributed more $ to this club than you’ve pedaled kilometers.

If you wanted to be constructive and at a wild guess by ALL THE KM'S you have pedalled, I'd say you'd would know most of the race organisers?    Instead of writing 'what you call "constructive comments" why didnt you in a show of support and good faith, simply ring a contact at CD (seeing you are so experienced) and get a decision about jerseys, on behalf of your fellow club members who may be less experienced than you in all your wisdom.

And typical, get off your high horse. As if YOU deserve an apology! Who do you think you are?

Sorry I should apologise for writing GROW UP.....

But GROW some.

From experience (pre 2009) the CD committee would not let a rider start without a club or sponsored jersey for the races I attended. May have changed now, but you would think they would have updated the CD rules if this was the case.

Also, requests from committee members carry more weight when making requests for changes to rules on behalf of a club. The club's CD rep should make this representation for you. I am not sure who that is these days.

Oh, and if it's Calga, isn't CCCC the organising club..............

Thankyou to the CCCC club members who helped out today, the CD racing ran perfectly from a competitors perspective.
