Ok guys and girls,

We need to get organise for this weekend.
I've talked to a number of people about getting 1 or 2 C grade teams for this weekend, so far the people who are interested are:

Myself
Steele
Stu Eddy
Stappo
Ryan
Chicken
Phil A? (Talked to but haven't heard back)
Paul Cook? (Talked to but haven't heard back)
Richard B? (Talked to but haven't heard back)

Steele will be at racing this Saturday so can you please let him know if you will be available and are keen.(My sister is over from N.Z so i won't be there.)
I think we should arrive approx 1.5hr-2hrs earlier on Sunday and work out the best Teams possible.

Kane,
I am super keen... but...
I have my prospective brother in laws bucks night on saturday night.
Planning (here is where it could all go pear shaped) to keep myself under control and catch the train back.

It's fathers day on the Sunday, so a leave pass is a little tricky! I'm pretty new to this gig, Is it poor form to leave the mrs and kids at home on fathers day? Are you supposed to do what you want on Fathers day to be spoilt, or are you supposed to spend lots of time with the kids?

The start time is 8am (2 hours early seems optimistic!), any idea when we could be finished by? The earlier the more likely I would be to be able to make it.

I went for the "I didn't realise it was fathers day and I've already organised it' approach. not the whole truth, but seems to have worked.

I agree that 2 hours early might be a bit enthusiastic.

I'm glad the start time was been brought up - i thought it was 2pm start time  Huh Huh
I've planned to drop my sister and her family off at the airport that morning(7am) thinking i'd get back home in time for late breakfast and then head up to k'rang.
So i now realise i'm out too.........

Not good :'( I was looking forward to it. I did it last year and really enjoyed it.
