I know it is few months away but the hardworking club guys/girls are slaving away, emailing back and forth & chasing up RTA, Police and relevant authorities to gain permission and organise the upcoming crit season.

Some great ideas and new formats are in the mix and crit specialists, fair weather riders, spectators, beginners and one-day-a-week riders of all levels should be looking forward to an action packed season.

I have been exposed to all different formats of racing over here in Europe and hope to implement some of these exciting formats.

Please note, NOT all are going to be implemented but here are some races i have seen/raced:

- A,B,C combine. A-70mins, B-60mins, C-50mins.
- 45mins Crit, after 45mins top 10 then ride a "Devils Race" (Missin' Out)
- 3 race Omnium Crit. 1 lap TT, Devils Race, Points Race. (minimal rest in between)
- Motor Pace Point a lap
- Derny Races. (each individual riders has a motor bike lead rider)
- Teams races.

Yes, there will be ppl boiling inside with the thought of change but if you take a deep breath and relax.  Grin

New Road Co-ordinator?
Or a Co-ordinator committee? (as it probably should be - too big a task to expect of Pete alone...)

True, Pete will be given some helping hands with the coordination of the coming season.
