This is a pretty cool website for cycling info - the weekly newsleter is free and some of the other stuff on the site is worth a read -

Yeah Andy, I have been registered to that site for about 6 months. If you want any of the back issues of their weekly newsletter let me know.
I also purchased one of their E-Books, "High Intensity Training for Cyclists" if anyone wants to read it.
