This is a pretty cool website for cycling info - the weekly newsleter is free and some of the other stuff on the site is worth a read - http://www.roadbikerider.com/index.htm

Anyone else got some good sites for articles and info?

Yeah Andy, I have been registered to that site for about 6 months.  If you want any of the back issues of their weekly newsletter let me know.

I also purchased one of their E-Books, "High Intensity Training for Cyclists" if anyone wants to read it.
