changes to gradings for crits

Wal & I have had discussions re: creating 5 ( A- E) grades instead of 4 for the crit season.
E grade for Juniors. D grade will be for those who  feel that they are not capable of staying with C grade.  This will alleviate the problem of moving many people up in the grades. It would be appreciated if you could notify any riders who would like to ride in this new grade.
This will allow more riders to participate regardless of their fitness levels.  Hope this meets with everyone's approval.  This change will commence  from this Friday 15th February
