For anyone interested we will be rolling out of Fountain Plaza car park at 0600 on Friday morning to do the usual first leg of the coffee ride.  Slight detour on way back for coffee at Zanzibar West Gosford.

All, Kylie wants to know IF she does go on Friday even though it is rediculously early for her, can she use her Tri bike if she promisses not to use her Aero-Bars ?

Couldn't find you this morning Yoni - everything OK?  It's allright - I "enjoyed" hanging on to Murph's wheel. Nothing like "cruisiing" with an A-Grader for a serious workout! Tongue
