Hi Scott,

Welcome!

There is a group (usually a small one) that leaves Fountain Plaza, Erina at 6am on Friday mornings (weather permitting). We ride around the Umina peninsula via Woy Woy and Ettalong back to Fountain Plaza for coffee. The group rides at around 30kph average and usually gets back to Fountain Plaza between 7.30 and 8am in time for coffee at Cheeky Charlies afterwards. Also, you need lights front and rear for this time of the year.

Cheers Stu.

A couple of us are meeting at West Gosford Maccas 6pm for a few hill repeats at Kariong/Moonee. Everyone climbs at their own pace, regroup and recover together then do it again  Smiley

All welcome and you may need lights, certainly a rear red blinker as light will be dropping.

This won't be a long ride - around 90 mins total.
