Hey there, was away last night so missed the debrief and havent had a chance to go through all the post as yet regarding last Fridays crash. After the reading the last post - I was the that arm. To be honest I couldnt tell ya how it happened just where I was. I was on Gregs inside (close to the kerb) riding what I thought was relatively straight with no one in front of me when Gregs and my elbows rubbed. In what seemed like 10mins but really a blink of the eye I watched him twist and flipp then bang, pretty awful feeling to be involved actually and witness.

Two incidents within 200m today.

Heading down Avoca Drive from Kincumber,  straight through the Avoca turnoff roundabout at speed - BEWARE - there's a new cut in the road about 50m on and the tar has settled right-in leaving a filthy ridge. Bunny-hopped the front wheel but caught the back wheel badly and bent it.  (see you Tuesday Dan)

As I was chugging up the hill in the two lane bit, looking for somewhere to stop - almost in the gutter a bloke locked up behind me about 100m back.  Following car hit him gently behind.  Can't think why he didnt see me and why he panicked when I was a fair way away - I was uphill in the open and he had the sun behind him and, well, I'm not exactly hard to see.  Surmise that he was either texting or he was "undertaking" a car next to him in the right hand lane.  He was pretty sheepish and avoided me so it must have been something like that.
