Come on Matt head to Calga and have a crack. If everyone thinks like that then there will only be 3 riders in each race.

Hey Matty - no one is having a go, they just want to see you down at Calga racing. No problem if you prefer not to.

I'm with Matty on this one.
Not sure what the value of putting D, C, and B graders amongst A graders is just because of their age. Huh

Having said that I am looking forward to actually being on the bike to get dropped this Saturday  Grin

Yesterdays CD race was awesome. I was worried that I would be spat out early by the A graders, but hung in there with a goal of finishing in the bunch. Well organised, great weather, great course, big numbers what more can we ask for? The age based race format forced me to work even harder than usual and I am now stronger for that effort. Thanks to the organisers and helpers.

I heard three separate calls for "that's a new max heart rate" while in the CD race yesterday - not sure what that means but there were plenty of smiling faces at the finish line and they were from guys that didn't finish in the places.

Top ride Brad - I'm still amazed (considering your size) when I see you charging up Blood Hill on the second lap with the little whippets on the front trying to escape the clutches of the bunch. Top effort and top ride - whatever training you are doing... it's working!
