I think Col needs to avoid high crash risk situations.

Have to agree, especially coming from someone with experience..

Think I'll sit on my balcony & watch you all ride by.

For anyone who missed a ride or race this morning, I'll be leaving Terrigal Pub (TP) today at 1pm for a spin.

This weather is too good to pass up. I am leaving fountain plaza at 6am Sunday, loop ride erina heights, terrigal, avoca, up cape 3 points road, back to erina via cullens road. Coffee at cheeky Charlie's.

In the end i was not able to make the crits today, needed to get back by 9am to set up a 8 year olds birthday party. Besides that I am still hurting from the ride home on Friday night, thanks to Alister and Stappo.

Probably for another thread but:
My mate does triathlon and wants to do some road races to get his bike skills up. He is considering a one day licence each time he comes up, is it $30 for a day licence? I have been telling him of the benefits of the full licence, ie open events and club training. Am I giving him the right info? ($42 total for each race entry).

Hey Brad
Your mate should be able to get a cheaper license cause he holds a tri license im not 100% sure on this hopefully someone could second that.  Also in road races n Crits the tri bars have to come off as their illegal in road and crit racing.
Hopefully someone can confirm this  cause it's gonna be a while b4 I hold a license agsin after breaking a hip now my spine.
