Does anyone have a suggestion for a morning ride from Ourimbah and surrounds? Got some lights to get some more riding in.

I sometimes go out to Norah head and back from Ourimbah approx 60km which is not a bad ride. I have also done Ourimbah, West gosford, Terrigal Foresters, Bat Bay and back to Ourimbah along Wyong road and through Kangy Angy. Efforts training normally at Ourimbah uni on the weekends.

depends if you want hills or not!
I like dog trap RD, calga and up old pac hwy, about 2 hours or you can head straight to kariong once on wisemans ferry rd for an good 1 hr.
Otherwise, brush Rd is always good and not to busy, you can reverse it or head round enterprise dr. A number of flat options heading north or south on main rd's.

Russ,
Kylie and I have been thinking of doing the Ourimbah freeway hill, off it at the Peats Ridge exit and then all the way to Calga on the Saturday race circuit. If you are thinking of doing an early ride text me the night before and if not too early might be up to join you.
cheers, Bill
