Wondering why all the Pro's use power meters and why 6 new devices are due for release within the next 6 months. Training at Finesse Cycling is about now and using numbers you can see to improve. Its not guess work. By establishing your Functional Threshold Power ( that's the average watts you can output for a 60 minute time trial) in-conjunction with the Computrainer System we can improve your power output by 20% - 30 % or 5 to 10 kph.

Crit season is coming where speed and power are the raw advantage.

Have a chat to some of your fellow rider who attend Finesse and ask if they've seen an improvement since attending.

Remember the first visit is still free.  Its a traffic and magpie free environment where the weather doesn't matter.

Visit www.FinesseCycling.com.au for session times and more information.
