Yes, since Kenny and Jim are locals who continually support our races they will be permitted to race. They will however, not be eligible for medals.
Mick, I think you have missed a very important disclaimer here: that they "must ride to win"
(ie. must not be there to either hinder or assist other personal results of/for club members that are eligible for medals)
