just a quick note that we need to ask probably at crits and track for numbers and perhaps via an email as not everyone has been converted to the forum as yet.

At this stage I have booked for 80 people
• Have indicated that last year we had 110, the management at Track side have been very accomodating
• no need to purchase tickets (pay on night)
• please help out by rsvp on forum
• if you know someone who doesn't get on forum, please rsvp for them as well
Food
• At this stage I have pre-ordered $1600 worth of Pizza, Pasta, salads, garlic breads + buffet dessert.
• Tables will be presented with a selection of above.
• if numbers increase I will simply increase money of order ie $1800 - $2000 etc
Drinks
• First rounds of Drinks between 6pm and 6:30pm will be free (paid by CCCC).
• From that point we ask each table to have a bowl, which you put money into for drinks
• last year this system worked well (only down about $20 that's good)
should be fun
