May 4th is the DirtWorks 100 (that's a MTB event in case you are not sure).  St Albans is the place, easy to get to from here, free camping.  I just entered, if anyone else is keen to give it a go, lemme know if you enter and see you there!

Sounds good to me, I am starting to take a shine to this MTB stuff. Also the Angry Doctor 100 and Otway 100 are on the cards for next year. May have to start working on the wife so I can update my old Cannondale MTB

I'm throwing my hat in for the double centurion if anyone else is stupid enough to join in. I hear the Dirt Works fills up quickly. I think they cap the numbers at around the 1000 mark so get in early.

Glen, the Cannondale is a piece of cycling history, they say the eighties is in now, so your just being fashionable.

both excellent rides by the look of them Glen, the Otway one is on my list of to-do's also.  Never heard of the Angry Doctor but the course profile looks pretty sweet, up and down all day !

You definitely need another bike Glen, don't old back on us now.

That's true Mick, I am super keen.  My next home brew will be ready in January, that gives me at least 3 months solid training.  This batch will have plenty of carbs so by May I'll be super-fueled up and ready to burn up the course.

And yes, if you are keen, don't wait too long to decide, entries fill up fast.
