Thanks guys - being a hard case it'll be too heavy for me with the excess baggage fees.

Stumpy... Cecil Walker online had some reasonably priced soft bags.. Keep me in the loop with what you find. Im going to need one in 09.... Then again... I might know where to find a cheap second hand one...

Hey Rosco - have you been able to get the green light from the "Dark Princess" for the Jindy trip?

Think I might go with a box from Dan at Pushy Galore - apparently the high end bikes have a pretty good box. I'll give that a go and if it's no good I'm looking at a Polaris Bike Pod - haven't got a price on it yet but the box is free.

I just sent a bike in a lower end box to Melbourne and it was pretty easy to pack up and Dan says the higher end boxes are heaps better.
