Yep, you guessed it.  Even the instructor had a dig - "yeah that was a great sprint track and we didn't even crash despite an Euskatel jersey in the room".

Just to update this post there has been a lot of cycling coverage on Free to Air recently and this week is no exception.

ONE HD has been covering the World Championships in great depth with full coverage of each day plus highlights in the evening and morning of the previous days event with expert commentary from Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwin with Matt Keenan and Greg Rust.

Plenty left to see and for some the best spectator events are just starting today ( Friday )

Fri 1st Oct
 U/23 Road Race on ONE HD from 12.30 - 5.30pm

Sat 2nd Oct
 Highlights from Frid 8am - 9am

 Womens Road Race 12 noon - 2.50 pm

Sun 3rd
 Highlights from Sat 4.30 am - 5.30 am
 and the Big one
 Mens Elite Road Race from Melbourne to Geelong and then 11 laps of the  15. 9 km course around Geelong for a race total of 262kms

ONE HD 9am - 1.55 pm and then over to

Channel 10 which starts its coverage from 12 noon through to 5 pm

Today is Day 1 of the track program at the Queen's sports carnival Commonwealth Games

Morning (11.30am Delhi time) 5pm AEDST

4000m Men's Individual Pursuit (Qualifying/Final) Michael Hepburn/Jack Bobridge
10000m Men's Time Trial (Final) Scott Sunderland
500m Women's Time Trial (Final) Anna Meares/Kaarle McCulloch

Evening (6pm Delhi time) 11:30pm AEDST

40km Men's Points Race (Qualifying Heats) Cam Meyer/Luke Durbridge

The morning session is being shown on the Delhi 5 channel on Foxtel.
The evening session is being shown on the Delhi 5 channel on Foxtel.

No idea about free to air coverage, not sure if they know there are other sports besides swimming.

Edit: according to the online TV guide, they will be showing the track cycling, but also showing Australia vs Trinidad in the Men's Hockey
