LVS was very lucky to walk away with only a sore knee and some scratches today.

After an 80 year old woman with a blood alcohol level of .11 pulled out from his left in Woy Woy today.

LVS tells me his bike is destroyed and he went straight over the bonnet onto the ground, better over than under I guess.

Driver was charged and the ambulance attended. Not taken to hospital.

Hopefully insurance will cover a new bike for him as he was obviously doing some secret training! Smiley

Must have the bug again to be out on a day like today Grin

HEY PHIL

I hate riding in the Woy Woy area, old people scare me! I really hope that they take her license off her. I understand that the elderly want to have some independence, yet many should not be permitted to drive.

Get back on the bike Bananaboy!  Grin

I really am waiting for some of the horror posts to come! Will there be people all over them, or is criticism only for those that can laugh along?  Roll Eyes  That will be seen!  Grin

I do feel I must thank you Leish! I am currently sending off an email, and you are so correct, 'that' is not required in most, if not all, sentences it is in.
Thank you Leish, it's always nice to learn!  Kiss

My pleasure.
"That" can always be replaced by a better word or not used at all.
