There's no sharing Chicken... You can't share! Its up to Mick to take it off you... His reports of repeats were surely embellished and lubricated by an amber ale....

Profile from yesterday's ride.  Bumble makes Terrigal look like a speed hump.

Just saw Ben Massa riding past my window here at work (Lisarow).  I think he's on his way back to Bumble hill for another 5 runs up and down.

Watch out Mick.

Get with the program Mick.  Roll Eyes  The Pink skivvy was for the QOV .

No, I believe the KOM award was an all expenses paid trip for TWO to the Pyrenees ,paid for by the slush account of Impact Cycling -wasn't that right Andy  Grin

I was going to take my mate Hodgee but I think Mick could push me to the top faster.  Tongue

Hodgee on 98 posts.  Nothing of value or substance, but posts all the same.  Where will he post for #100.  Will it be witty and inciteful?  Stay tuned

Here's my stats for the Bumble Hill portion of the climb
Total Distance 3.75km (Hodgee must have been wobbling all over the road more cause he rode an extra 150mts)

Total time 15m 58sec

Avg Heart Rate 180bpm

Max Heart Rate 187bpm (thats as far as it goes)  Shocked

Avge Cadence 72 rpm

Total ascent 286mts
Total Descent 5 mts -Wasn't many downhill bits for a rest on Bumble .

Avg Speed 13.8 km/h
Max Speed 21.2 km/h

Total Calories 418 ( Thats almost Two Powerbars just on Bumble Hill )
No wonder I started to crack on the way to the cafe  Tongue

That is very harsh Jock, I thought my Le Tour De Snowy was quite informative.

Well that's 99, I better make 100 good.

Chicken
I ran your data for BH and calculated your power output as 471 Watts average for the duration of the ascent, based on rider + bike 75 kg and some other variables. This power output is equivalent to you doing 49.9 k/hr on the flat. Any one else like to make sense of the chicken stats and check my calcs.
