The CCCC website & the last updated race schedule Wal sent on the 28 May has 9am as a start time for next Saturdays CD race at Calga. The CD web http://centraldivision.110mb.com/index.html has 2pm which I assume is correct.
Could someone confirm please.

Can we race as a team in our respective grades?

Best put a note up that it is only for CD clubs only last year there was some harsh words used when some guys who had travelled form Sydney couldn't race.

Matty I hope they all turn up ready to race. They are all very welcome, and it looks like a fine day forecast, so should be some great match-ups.

What a great day!  Shame the numbers were low, but that's life in peak oil.

Result posted at http://centraldivision.110mb.com/results.html

Congratulations to Elliott Stephens, Andrew Hellmich, Ben Massa, and Matty Brown who took out B Grade in a CCCC clean sweep.

Job well done by Alan Rayner in D Grade who picked up the silver medal.  I didn't see the finish, so I don't know how close it was.  Knowing Al he would have given it everything and wouldn't have missed by much.

And a very good ride by Tegan Hunt who thought she was riding solo in U15's only to be graded F.  She still won, even after complaining of a sore lower back in the last 2km.

We're back to the flat at Kooragang on Sun 03/08/08 at 9:00am for the last CD Invitational of 2008.  Let's try to get a huge CCCC turnout for that one and the Age Championships (also at Kooragang) in September.  Convince your mates that Kooragang is truly a slice of heaven, a picture perfect piece of paradise, riders' nirvana.  Do whatever it takes to get your CCCC club mates involved...
