Hello All

There is definitely some interest for continued coffee rides.  I am flat out for the next two months and wondered if anyone was interested in organising the Womens rides for the next two months.  It's not really that big a job but my mind in other places at the moment.
I guess the main thing to consider is that about half of us live up north and the others south.  Many have sports commitments on Saturdays too.

Any takers??

Cheers
Louise

Due to the overwhelming response  Wink Wink I have decided to do it.  Just finalising details - though can't guarantee the rides will be any good given that I don't know the coast  Embarrassed and haven't been on one of the rides Ive organised!! :'( :'(
But I am sure everyone will help with that side of things.  In fact if anyone can please recommend some ride loops between 30-50km that would be great. Grin

Stay tuned.

Louise, I understand the rides to date have been quite successful so stick to what is proven. Set the dates places and times and it will work out. "Build it and they will come!"

BTW the ride last Saturday was great. I think everyone there would agree.

A bit chilly, couple of punctures (3 actually before the official start) but nothing that stopped the event. And the coffee was really enjoyable.

Keep up the good work.

Cheers.

As I was pretty much unaware of these rides (after first 3) - what kind of numbers have they been getting? I think it is a great idea! I'll be letting my girlfriend know when the next one is on!

Hey Callum
Your girlfriend is more than welcome to join us.  Numbers have varied but expect between 5-15 depending on the ride.
Get her to email me so I can put her on my Womens cycling mailing list.  Also, she can check out the CCCC website under Womens Cycling.
I am still organising rides.  Sorry for delays.
