This is the women's discussion board.  For slanderous women.  Go and slander somewhere else. Grin  Grin  Unless you belong here...

4:16AM?Huh I think you do belong somewhere...  Smiley  Ok, all slanderous people.  Here's my complaint: I'd like to ask why a TV channel made me watch a plane taxi around for 15 minutes this morning, then happened to mention in 15 seconds that there had been an earthquake in NZ.

Also, but not at all unkind, I had a few practice runs with C02 on both my hybrid and road bike and had 100% success.  I know a pump would be cheaper, but I'd like the ability to use both. Thanks guys for the advice, this is a great place to ask questions.  I'm more confident with new stuff each day.

I just had a brain wave that might help end all this chit chat, which is obviously jealosy. Smiley  What I suggest is this:

Anyone who wishes to be a knight-on-a-bike, submit your proposal to we ladies, and we will create a roster system, by which you will all get a turn to shine!

Remember to tell us your special talent/s (speed, wind break, flat tires, traffic control (ie quick with the drink bottle) or especially 'hot from behind').  We look forward to reading your offers.  Don't phone us, we'll phone you Grin.

P.S.  Feel free to nominate someone else, and tell us why he should be a Bike Knight.

P.P.S. That was 'wind break', not breaking wind...

Oh my goodness Hol, I can only imagine the self-promotion we are going to have to sift through to find a true 'Knight-on-a-bike'.  I would like to nominate that male cyclist who helped us with the flat on our Swansea ride.

Ha, ha Mr Curren. It was probably you who sprinkled the glass on the road. Wink
