This Sunday is a ride that we haven't done for a while as a bunch and will give the guys up north a chance to join in.

6.30am West Gosford Shops - heading to Terrigal
7.00am Terrigal Pub

From Terigal we will head north along The Entrance Rd, along Wilfred Barrett Dr, onto Budgewoi Rd, Scenic Dr and cross the Pacific Hwy at Doyalson onto Wyee rd.

Follow Wyee Rd into Wyee, then left onto Hue Hue Rd for the return leg. At the end of Hue Hue Rd it'll be a right turn into Yarramalong Rd and a quick left into Old Maitland Rd which leads into Wyong Rd.

A right turn onto the Pacific Hwy at Westfield Tuggerah will take us through Kangy Angy. We'll take a right before the railway bridge onto Railway Cr which takes us through Lisarow, into Narrara Valley Dr and onto Manns Rd into West Gosford and the shops.

For those heading onto Terrigal - you know thw way.

I believe this is about an 90km loop along mainly flat to rolling terrain. An average speed of 32km/h should easily be achievable which will give us a round trip of about 3 hrs without too many hicups.

I haven't allowed a coffee stop - do you guys want one and if so where?

As usual, everyone is welcome and for those that aren't interested the usual coffee ride will leave West Gosford Shops at 7.00am.

I can't believe you would think that I could forget the best day of my life?  Huh Huh
I know how you love to sleep in so I have decided to give you some "you" time to veg out in your PJ's on Sunday.

By the time I return you will be just stirring and it'll be down to a cafe for breakfast. Sounds great doesn't it? You take as much time in the morning as you like.  Grin

HHMMM the last three rides which were suppossed to be "3hrs" have been 4.5+.

Just the explaination of the directions of this ride took half that time. Cant wait to see what time frame the actual ride will take this week.  Roll Eyes
Enjoy your "you time" with the kids on Sunday Linda. He really has no idea does he.  Wink

Don't know what you're talking about Leish - everyone else on the rides have been finishing in 3hrs - what time has Phil been getting home?

More to the point - why has Phil been taking longer to come home than everyone else?  Huh

Hodgee - Andrew is so lucky to have me, just ask him!!!

Every day is Andrew's day, so all I ask is one day a year to have breakfast in bed - no really, I don't mind - as long as he's back in time for soccer BBQ at 11.30am, followed by soccer presentation at 2.30pm and then back to watch the Mariners at 5pm - what a perfect day!!   Smiley

Hey Aleisha (ha ha ha), I got the feeling that Andy was taking the boys with him.  What else would be mean by "you" time?  It's just not possible to have "you" time with the kidlets!  Well, the Hellmich boys are probably good enough to keep up anyway!!!!
I hear you on the 3 hours = 4.5 hours.  Maybe Kane and Phil are up to something?Huh Shocked   Some extra secret training??

If there is one day Heyphil can spend the whole day out riding it should be fathers day, its his day and he can spend however long he wants on "phil time".

(no worries Phil, anytime)

no Mick - you don't understand - Fathers Day is the day where you are supposed to spend every waking moment with your children.  Mothers Day on the other hand is where the Dads look after the kids for the day to give Mum a break!!   Grin Grin

Gee it sounds like you lot really love your children, all I hear are ways you can get rid of them.  I hope they don't read these posts, they will be mentally scarred!!

Not like that in my house, we love being with our children.  They are beautiful, like their Father.  Grin Grin
