Hi Guys - just thought I'd put together a bit of a list of things to bring on the trip.

Central Coast Strip - if you don't have one, try and organise a top at least. This is one trip where it would be great to all be in the same colours. If you don't have the ability to buy one before we go away, try and borrow or steal one. If you do buy one, it will come in handy on future club rides and open and CD races where you must wear one.

The weather down there can be unpredictable so chuck in your arm warmers, undershirt, gillet and rain jacket just in case. There are washing and drying facilities in the units so we should be able to wear or CC strip on each ride.

Spares for your bike: Lube, rags, tubes, tools.

Riding food for 4 outings - powerbars, gels, powerade etc. You may not be able to get these down there?

If you have a 25T or 27T rear cassette - put it on before you go.

Breakfast is not included so feel free to bring what you want or you can get to the supermarket in Jindabyne on Thursday afternoon.

You will need some extra cash for coffee stops and lunches.

Packing for your bike - could be a box, bag or blankets - whatever.

Golf clubs if you have some and intend to play (saves hiring and there will be plenty of room on the bus).

If you have any cycling DVD's for the bus trip, chuck em in.

If I have forgotten anything, feel free to add to the post.

Well Guys .
The final countdown is on for the CCCC / Impact Cyclings Inaugural Training Camp

" Le TOUR  De  SNOWY "

To add to Andy's list I have assembled a checklist of what to bring.

One extra item I didn't add is to bring your own pillow. Great for the bus trip and there is nothing worse than a sore neck from hotel pillows.

Open the PDF ,print it out and check it off.

See you Thursday

Surely it is time we started giving Chicken sh#t about the contents of his list.

I'll start "Aloe Vera" "Wet Ones" "Anti-inflammatory Cream"

Is this the pensioners check list?  Roll Eyes

Linda wants to know if Chicken was a boy scout in his younger days?

I want to know why he left pannier bags off the list to be able to carry all the crap on his list.  Grin

thermal jacket?  Could be an early snow fall.

I think the anti-inflammatory cream is related to you being on the trip Hodgee.
