I'll be doing the Galston/Berowra waters loop from Road Warriors cafe on Sunday morning leaving at 6.30am.
This is a great loop- around 90km with some nice climbs (and a short ferry ride)- all at my very sedate pace...... Grin
All welcome- and yes I do know the handicap is on sunday Wink

c'mon people, dry your eyes! Grin
the 5 minutes that i train each week isn't really enough to warrant joining the handicap, unless D grade is light on numbers Wink
maybe all the time I spent going to Friday night RAW and junior development on Sunday mornings while others were doing their own thing is the cause for my lack of fitness?
anyhoo..... I'd encourage everyone to do the handicap and for those who don't want to- there's an option.

Huggsy - I'd rather see you riding D grade, having some fun with everyone else than doing a solo Berowra loop. The D graders would be happy to have you along as well - a great chance for them to hear some of your witty humour.  Grin

And who knows, if the boys drop you within 200m of the line you can use some of that RAW power you have been unleashing on the track.

Anyway..... I've dried my eyes, blown my nose, now all I need is a little cuddle and everything will be just fine.

Hugs
This is an official invite from all the D riders. Be there and have a great time. Stay on the front for 48 km and with 50m to go back off so we can get past you to sort out the sprint. He he..................

White and Hugs,

Leading a D grade sprint out in a H'cap to place 14th because A grade has already caught and passed you will be a great sporting feat and deserves a trophy!  Grin Cheesy Smiley
