Pie In The Sky Ride

Leaving Terrigal at 6am heading to West Gosford Shops
Leave West Gosford Shops at 6.30am

Everybody knows the way and the etiquette by now.

Leave and climb as a group to Kariong and onto Somersby to the barriers. Regoup on the far side of the barriers for the climb and decent as a group.

Climb at your own pace, leaders head back down to the back markers to regroup at the top of Moonee.
From here a rolling paceline past Road Warriors and onto the Hawkesbury decent.

Climb again at your own pace, leaders head back down to the back markers to regroup at PITS for coffee.

Leave as a group for the decent back to Hawkesbury and once again climb at your own pace, leaders head back down to the back markers to regroup or wait at the top. Lead riders to pick a good spot to wait off the road - this is a dangerous area.

Head for home as a group and repeat for the last climb out of Moonee.

Round trip is about 100km from WGS, further from Terrigal. Remember your club strip if you have one.

Terrigal Pub - if I'm not there, I'll meet you at the Mobbs Rd, Terrigal Drive roundabout. Dario should be at the pub though and maybe Big Al and a couple of others.

Hey Northern riders........anyone riding to Terrigal or WG. If I ride to T I'll have to leave Noraville at 5.10. If I go to WG is there a bike bus going via Wyong, Tugg, Kangy.
Either way it's a long ride for me, maybe to long Tongue Umm, maybe I should drive to T which gives me a 5.35 start......decisions decisions.....

Hi Allan

Not sure who but I think a couple of riders are driving to WGS for the 6.30 start - I think it was Elliot, don't have his number though.

I know Mick Curren is coming and Jacyn Mellish is interested - do you have their numbers?
