Hey girls, we need to register for the Loop the Lake before 25th Feb, one week away, to get an early bird entry. Will we enter a group?
Also, I am going to need a lift (for one) to Speers Point, and home again. NO VAN that weekend :'( :'( I thought about riding to the start, then Mick reminded me I would have to ride home again, making it a 170km trip. So that was the end of that. Can someone help me out?

I am happy to give you a lift Hol.  . But it will be in the vintage car if you can cope with that... As for entering as a team... it would take a bit of coordinating ... maybe better to just enter ourselves  |

I was only thinking last night that we need to get that sorted. Im as keen as but worried about holding you girls back. Did you want to ride with the guys groups?? I can always start with you and see you at the finish line with everything all set up and not a thing for me to do  |

I was only thinking last night that we need to get that sorted. Im as keen as but worried about holding you girls back. Did you want to ride with the guys groups?? I can always start with you and see you at the finish line with everything all set up and not a thing for me to do No... how about we start together, we finish together ... (Nice try Louise!) So no I dont want to ride with the "boys group" - however, lets say you dont need to wear a skirt to ride with us, I dont think we need to be sexist ... so Rubicon you are most welcome to join in with our group if you enter. We will be the ones having a good time rather than a fast one. |

<-----enters the WOMEN's DOMAIN. Linda has asked about doing it. Yoni suggested we go ride it so we can decide just how "hard" it is beforehand. I kind of like the idea of champagne in my drink bottles. What length were you thinking of? I assumed we would do the 85km round trip? Linda may even do one of the shorter ones. I travel to Newcastle a fair bit so may even drive around. I'll definitely do it. Just trying to include Linda without "killing her".....yet! (oh gees this will pop up as evidence one day) |
